Magic holds some of the best memories of my career. Jan, Debbie, Jeff, John and the staff are top notch all the way. Chris and I were in Philly together for a brief time . Other stations claim to play "Soft" or "Lite" music, but for the most part (with some exceptions), Magic 98.3 WMGQ stays true to its format, and I truly appreciate that.
I grew up on the Magic of the late 1990's. That was some amazing station. I still remember Dan Turi, Flo Hansen (Saturday Night Magic Memories --- my favorite Magic feature of all time), and Lou Russo, along with the great JINGLES and music that made the station amazing. Of course, times change, and so has Magic. As much as I miss the station of the late '90's and early '00's ("Today's Hits and Yesterday's Favorites," I still thoroughly enjoy Magic 98.3 daily.
30 years is a true feat, and I wish that you continue to do what you have been doing so well for the past 30 years - playing great music and keeping in touch with your community of listeners. Here's to another 30 years of great MAGIC music and to even more success in the future. All of the management and staff, as well as Greater Media Radio should be commended and should be proud of the product they put on the air every day. Magic has been, is, and hopefully always will be "Central Jersey's Music Station." |

It's the one station I can turn on and know I'll enjoy whatever you're playing. I grew up in Scotch Plains and happened upon your station when I was a freshman in High School. So you could say I grew up with Magic. It's amazing that the format of the music really hasn't changed much since the stations inception. Keep the music coming! You have amazing DJ's. I can't think of a time when there was a DJ that I didn't enjoy. Of course, some really stand out, but they are all great. |

I have been listening to Magic for 30 years. Several times over the years I drifted away to another station but I always came back. You have the best mix of music and AWESOME DJ's.
